2009 Family Health Needs Assessment Plan
The Department of Health and Human Services
Program Guidelines for family planning services (Title X) require an assessment of the needs for these services to be conducted prior to applying for a competitive grant award. Over 2009, members of the Family Health and Research Teams collaborated to produce the following family planning needs assessment plan in preparation for the submission of a competitive grant for years 2010–2015.
