Community Asset Maps and Resource Lists

Maps are best printed in color using 11x17 paper. To find details about assets found in the maps, please reference the resource list. Agencies are listed by type of service; each type is listed on a separate page. (The resource lists are provided in Excel format to allow database sorting capability by the user if desired.)

Each Asset Map shows:
  • community agencies (designated as with or without youth services)
  • childcare centers
  • preschool programs
  • school-age programs

Cleveland Asset Maps
Cleveland Asset Maps are broken down unto nine sections by Cleveland Statistical Planning Area (SPA): four on the west side, four on the east side, and one downtown. Transitional Suburban Asset Maps
Transitional Suburban Asset Maps are broken down into nine sections: three of the west side, two on the south side, and four on the east side.

In the Resource Lists, agencies are sorted by match status*, Cleveland SPA/suburban municipality, ZIP code, and name. Agency information includes:
  • contact name
  • contact title
  • agency address
  • agency telephone number
  • agency website URL (where available)
  • school grades
*Match Status ("M" for matched or "U" for no match, or ungeocoded) shows if the agency was successfully placed on the map using the address. If it was not possible to place an agency on the map due to a confidential address, faulty address, or other problem, the agency information will still be listed.
