Regional Quality-of-Life Goals: NE Ohio 2020

The Center for Community Solutions will adopt quality-of-life goals for Northeast Ohio and advocate for their widespread adoption by leaders in communities and organizations spanning the 16-county region.

Honoring and building upon the region's diversity, advocacy efforts will be directed to a wide variety of public bodies, civic, philanthropic and charitable organizations, and nonprofit health and social service organizations serving the 16 counties. A set of leading health, social, education, and economic indicators will be selected by the Board of Directors during 2010.

This 10-year initiative will:
  • Propose and build consensus on measurable quality-of-life improvement for the Northeast Ohio region.
  • Create a clear set of objectives around which Community Solutions can consistently organize, monitor, and evaluate its efforts.
