Project Updates - Public Policy and Advocacy

The Center for Community Solutions is committed to its role as one of Ohio's leading human service advocacy and public policy organizations. Our goals include maximizing financial resources for local human services; advocating for fair and equitable tax policies, improving federal, state and local welfare reform policies; and increasing low-income families access to education, training, and supportive services like child care.

The Public Policy and Advocacy Team seeks to advance these goals through a series of activities that include local, state and federal lobbying; researching and writing reports and analyses on the impact of proposed public policies.
