Public Policy and Advocacy
Helping decision makers develop effective public policies addressing critical health and social issues, through a variety of services.

Communication
Supplying timely information about health and social issues through a variety of resources including our journal Planning & Action , P&A In Brief, the Human Services Institute, Northeast Ohio Media Guide, news releases, and quarterly Community Partners programs.

Research
Providing and analyzing health and social data through services and products such as the Social Indicators series, Cleveland Neighborhood Profiles, and the Summit 2010 Project.

Early Care & Education: The groundWork™ Campaign
groundWork™ is a non-partisan, statewide public policy initiative aimed at ensuring that every child in Ohio has access to high-quality early care and education (ECE).

The Northeast Ohio Family Health Program
Under the auspices of The Center for Community Solutions, the Northeast Ohio Family Health Program administers a federal grant for comprehensive family planning services under contract with eight health care agencies at 20 clinic sites in Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Lorain, and Ashtabula counties.

Summit 2010 Project
The Summit 2010 Project is a comprehensive community planning effort designed to strengthen collaboration between Summit County's major public health and social service delivery systems, and the effectiveness of services they finance or deliver.

The Youth Development Initiative
Designed to serve as a catalyst in helping the community achieve measurable improvement in the lives of youth , establish greater capacity in the areas of health and social services in the Cleveland schools, and expand existing collaborations between public and private systems to benefit youth and their families.

AIDS Funding Collaborative
The AIDS Funding Collaborative (AFC), a public/private partnership, provides leadership, funding and infrastructure support to strengthen the capacity within Northeast Ohio in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
