ing Healthy Ohio 1115 Medicaid Waiver (1/26/16)

Ohio's pending Healthy Ohio 1115 Medicaid waiver would require nearly all non-disabled adults on Ohio Medicaid to pay premiums into a modified health savings account (HSA). If approved by the federal government, the waiver would have the effect of increasing the number of uninsured Ohioans as well as increasing Medicaid administrative costs and complexity.
