Please join us for a Community Partner Workshop!
Cuyahoga Job and Family Services is hosting community education and training sessions on state-wide modernization efforts and the significant local changes impacting our shared service populations. Based on feedback from our previous trainings, the workshops are geared specifically for those who work hands-on in the community, assisting and guiding customers and clients applying for and receiving public benefits and work supports. Different sessions target professionals and advocates who work with special populations including seniors and adults with disabilities and those with limited English proficiency/English language learners.
The Older Adults and Individuals with Disabilities workshop covers Accessing CJFS services through the contact center, best practices when assisting in the application process, and food security among underserved populations. During registration, there will be a quick survey link that will help shape the content and goals of the workshop. Let us know what will be useful and any questions you would like addressed.
When: Registration at 9:30 AM • Workshop at 10:00 AM – 12:00PM
Please spread the word to other partner organizations!
We thank you and value the opportunity to work with you to serve the residents of Cuyahoga County better.
