The Center for Community Solutions wants to know how the COVID-19 pandemic and Governor DeWine’s stay-at-home order is impacting you, your organization, your clients and your community.

Please take a few moments to complete this survey. Building on Community Solutions’ expertise assessing community needs, the data we collect will go beyond anecdotes — to provide a window into the impact, both economic and to service provision, to front-line organizations and the clients they seek to serve. We anticipate to have initial results within a few weeks and will share our findings widely so they can be used by decision makers in governments and communities across the state to make sure responses to the crisis are informed by real data.
