Let’s work together

From advocacy planning to survey analysis to demographic research, our team helps organizations, agencies, and government entities adjust to the ever-changing environment of health and human services.

The collaboration between our Age-Friendly Steering Committee and The Center for Community Solutions was crucial in the development of our Age-Friendly Action Plan. Their experience in Age-Friendly initiatives helped them to analyze the data collected by our committee and design a tailored plan for our community. The comprehensive plan that was developed will be the roadmap our community will use as our guide to prioritize and implement strategies to address the needs of older adults in our community.

We submitted the needs assessment as part of our application to become a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. CCBHC is a model of care focused on improved service quality and accessibility. The purpose of transforming community behavioral health systems and providing comprehensive, coordinated behavioral health care for individuals and their families.

We are working on scheduling a priority-setting process that would involve using the needs assessment data. We hope to start that process early next year and complete it by mid-year, and expect to have more to report on the impact of the report this time next year.

We used the Needs Assessment to explore new local and national data on the economic realities of Greater Clevelanders. The increased use of 211 data, including trends over time and alignment with COVID-related investments revealed the importance of direct financial assistance. The Cuyahoga report was the basis of a community conversation attended by over 200 people, including agencies, donors, community members, public officials, and corporate partners. Internally, we shared findings to give all our staff the language and tools to talk about poverty and mobility.
