Eboney Thornton serves as Assistant Director, Communications, managing the external communication and events fostering community engagement and racial equity. She joined Community Solutions in 2005 as part of the Youth Development Team after a successful two-year stint in City Year where she had been tasked with implementing a domestic violence curriculum, one-on-one tutoring, and creating and sustaining after-school programs and community service projects.
In 2007, Eboney published her first fictional novel, Tolen. In 2021, she received her Associate of Applied Business degree from Cuyahoga Community College.
