Patti Carlyle serves as the Director of Strategic Communications at The Center for Community Solutions, guiding and supporting staff members in the organization’s internal and external communications goals. Her advocacy work in Cleveland Heights and University Heights includes projects in public education, equity policy, free speech, and community development. Her advocacy and communication work with the 2020 Citizens Advisory Committee on Policing Policies examined racism and bias in departmental practice and made reform recommendations. Carlyle graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. She serves on the Cleveland Heights-University Heights Library Board of Trustees.
