Friday Webinar: COVID-19 Survey Results

More than 700 people, from agencies large and small, have responded to our survey about how the COVID-19 pandemic and Governor DeWine’s stay-at-home order are impacting you, your organization, your clients and your community. Join us for a webinar on Friday, May 8 at 1 p.m. where our Associate Director, Emily Campbell, will present preliminary survey results.
Early data has shown that nearly all agencies have experienced disruption as a result of COVID-19 and the stay-at-home order, and for 55 percent of respondents the disruption has been significant.
Organizations are adapting rapidly, and more than two-thirds are delivering services by phone, video chat services or both. But some worry about the quality of services and the ability of all Ohioans in need to connect using technology. They are also more worried about the mental health and well-being of their clients than themselves.
