Meet our Panelists!
Panelist Lovell Custard has served in a variety of management and leadership positions. After eight years as Executive Vice President of Murtis Taylor Human Services System, Custard was appointed to the post of President & CEO in 2010. He leads a dynamic human services organization that provides behavioral health, addiction, youth, family, residential and senior services through twelve locations to over twelve thousand individuals across Cuyahoga County
Panelist Atunyese Vanessa Herron is a dynamic, hands-on Non-Profit Executive with a wealth of knowledge and experience delivering reliable results that benefit community and non-profit organizations. She has built and led talented teams of professionals through interactive training and mentorship programs and serves as the President & CEO for East End Neighborhood House, Inc. (EENH), a 115-year-old settlement house and family resource center on the east side of Cleveland that promotes the continual well-being of the family and community at large.
Panelist Rachelle Milner became Executive Director of the Westside Community House in 2018 after managing its Family Services programs for over a decade. Today the program services over 1,500 families in crisis each year; aiming to reduce system connectivity and the reunification of families. The organization now in her leadership has fostered a closer connection between this model family program and all other programs servicing Seniors, Youth, and the community at large.
Moderator Zulma Zabala serves as Senior Fellow of Community and Racial Equity for The Center for Community Solutions, directing the Community and Racial Equity Project funded by the Saint Luke’s Foundation, and developing and implementing a strategy for utilizing CCS Racial Equity Endowment funds. As a speaker, advocate, and educator, she is known for her fervent commitment to raising awareness about cultural humility.
