Kyle Thompson serves as a Policy Associate for The Center for Community Solutions. Joining Community Solutions in 2022, Kyle supports our statewide policy work and the Greater Cleveland American Rescue Plan Coalition. He has worked on diversity educational sessions on workplace equity, social justice, and bias training at the Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio as well as educational development value of social work, and its relationship to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. As a McNair Post Baccalaureate Scholar at Bowling Green, Kyle presented research at university conferences and worked on criminal justice reform. As a member of the Ohio Student Association, he worked on voter registration, Issue 1, and capacity building.
Kyle has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Bowling Green University, and a Master of Science in Social Administration, Community Change Concentration from Case Western Reserve University.
