Taneisha Fair

Associate, Racial Equity

Taneisha Fair is an Associate, Racial Equity at The Center for Community Solutions. Joining Community Solutions in January 2020, Taneisha has collaborated on various research projects, developing experience in focus group coordination and facilitation. She has also advanced the organization’s racial equity, diversity, and inclusion work both internally and externally.

Taneisha previously worked at United Way of Greater Cleveland in the 211 program for more than three years, starting as a Community Resource Specialist, where she assisted callers gain access to community resources. She then joined the 211 Accountable Health Communities (AHC) pilot, funded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. As a specialist for AHC, she helped MetroHealth patients navigate the social safety net and provided advocacy and follow up for high-risk individuals. After a year in the pilot program, she became the lead specialist, providing oversight and training to staff, and assisting the supervisory team with administrative and operational functions.

Taneisha has a BA in Interpersonal Communication, with a minor in Nonprofit Management. She is currently pursuing a dual Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at Cleveland State University.
