On Tuesday, November 3, Ohioans will vote in the 2026 midterm election. There will be sixty-two county levies appearing across ballots in Ohio. These levies support issues ranging from developmental disabilities, aging, mental health, to health and human services.
Out of the 62 county levies on the midterm ballot, 32 are in counties with more than one levy. These counties are Ashland, Champaign, Clinton, Cuyahoga, Delaware, Erie, Guernsey, Hancock, Harrison, Henry, Logan, Lorain, Marion, Meigs, Portage, and Warren.
Across all these levies, the most frequent type is renewal (41) followed by additional (15), renewal/increase (5) and renewal/decrease (1).
Community Solutions’ support of Cuyahoga County levies
The Center for Community Solutions supports both Issue 11 and Issue 10, Cuyahoga County’s health and human service levy and the developmental disabilities levy. These raises are investments into the wellbeing of Cuyahoga County residents and ensures that individuals are able to receive crucial services to thrive within the county.
Voter Registration closes on MONDAY, October 5, Early voting begins on Tuesday, October 6.
Ohio Issue 3
In addition to levies Ohioans can expect on ballots, there will also be a statewide issue that individuals will vote on as well. Statewide Issue 3 is a proposed constitutional amendment that would require voters (in-person and absentee) to provide photo identification when casting their ballots. While photo ID is already a requirement for voting in Ohio, this amendment would codify this mandate within the constitution of the state. For more information on Issue 3, refer to this link here.
