Community Solutions has welcomed three new Board members in 2026. They bring diverse experience and expertise which will support the organization and help elevate Community Solutions’ impact.
Dane Mosely, CFA, CAIA is a Relationship Manager for Glenmede, an independent investment and wealth management firm, in their Cleveland office. He provides investment advice, asset allocation, and ongoing portfolio management for Glenmede clients. Mr. Mosley received a dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in economics and statistics from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is an active member of the CFA Society of Cleveland.
Having lived and worked in other cities, Dane is looking forward to becoming more emersed in Cleveland's civic community through his Board service.
George Sample is Principal Consultant, Blue Streak Consultants, Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management, and a certified DiSC trainer. George previously led human resources and inclusion teams at Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County Public Library, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, and The Lubrizol Corporation. He is Past President of Cleveland Society of Human Resource Management. George earned his BS and MBA from John Carroll University. He is the Cleveland Crain's Excellence in HR Awards 2021 Winner: Overall Excellence.
As a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, I have seen the positive impact that The Center for Community Solutions has had on our community. I'm honored to support the organization as it continues its important work.
Lynn Sargi recently retired after serving as the Chief Talent Officer at the Cleveland Public Library. Prior to joining CPL in 2019, she served as Director of Human Resources at the Summit County Board of Developmental Disabilities, as Chief Human Resources Officer at the Visiting Nurse Association and VP of Human Resources and Administration at The Cleveland Foundation. She has served on the Board of several area nonprofits and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
