Camren comes to Community Solutions with deep policy experience, especially at the federal level. He is a native of Columbus, Ohio and will work out of our Columbus office.
Most recently, Camren served as the Ohio Public Policy and Advocacy Manager for the Alzheimer's Association. He began his career in public service as a Congressional Intern in Washington, DC. Since then, he has gone on to work in both the Ohio Legislature and on Capitol Hill. There he managed a legislative portfolio including healthcare and Older Americans public policy issues such as Medicare and Medicaid. Camren was appointed as a Congressional Relations Specialist for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under Secretary Marcia L. Fudge, including work on senior housing issues.
Camren spent time working in policy in Northeast Ohio and was a member of the Cuyahoga County Department of Senior and Adult Services Advisory Board. He is a graduate of Capital University and Chicago Theological Seminary.
