How much disruption is your agency experiencing? Are you serving the same population as before? How has COVID-19 changed the way you deliver services? The Center for Community Solutions wants to know the answers to these and other questions about how you, your agency, and your clients are adapting during the pandemic. Our online survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and will provide valuable information that can be used to inform community leaders as they continue to respond to COVID-19 and the resulting economic downturn.
We know that the circumstances facing Ohioans and agencies are changing rapidly. Many of the questions may seem familiar because they mirror what we asked back in April in the midst of the stay-at-home order. (You can check out those results here and here.) We’ll compare these results to those we collected four months ago and we expect to issue a report in late September. The information will be used to help drive data-informed decisions about how to respond to the issues facing our community.
