Alex Dorman is a Research Fellow at The Center for Community Solutions. He has a background in creative research design, statistical analysis, data visualization, and mapping. He spent six years as a researcher at Oriana House Inc., and worked closely with the Summit County Felony and Municipal Drug courts to evaluate the implementation of multiple federal enhancement grants. Additionally, he has experience working in a Suboxone Clinic, as a crisis hotline operator, and in a haunted house. Alex has a BA in Psychology from The College of Wooster, a Masters of Arts in Criminal Justice Studies from Kent State University, and a Masters in Nonprofit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University. Alex is currently working towards a PhD in Social Welfare at Case Western Reserve University.
