Cuyahoga Job and Family Services is hosting community education and training sessions on state-wide modernization efforts and the significant local changes impacting our shared service populations.  Based on feedback from our previous trainings, the workshops are geared specifically for those who work hands-on in the community, assisting and guiding customers and clients applying for and receiving public benefits and work supports. Different sessions target professionals and advocates who work with special populations including seniors and adults with disabilities and those with limited English proficiency/English language learners.

The General Service Population workshop provides an overview of CJFS modernization efforts, the public benefits application process, and Ohio Benefits Self-Service Portal best practices. During registration, there will be a quick survey link that will help shape the content and goals of the workshop.  Let us know what will be useful and any questions you would like addressed.

Where: Cuyahoga County Public Library, South Euclid – Lyndhurst Branch

When: Registration 1:00 pm, Workshop 1:30 pm

Please spread the word to other partner organizations!

We thank you and value the opportunity to work with you to serve the residents of Cuyahoga County better.
