The Hamilton EHE Plan was developed to end the HIV epidemic in Hamilton County by 2030. It was created by Hamilton County Public Health, Caracole, and the Hamilton Advisory Committee, who worked over several months from April to December 2020. Feedback was gathered throughout the planning process from people living with and communities affected by HIV, health and social service providers, and other community stakeholders through multiple community forums, local and statewide focus groups, and surveys.

There’s still time to provide feedback on the plan! Go to this survey to provide your thoughts.
